Scheffau - Hohe Salve Trailrun

From Scheffau, we take the "Brandstadl 1 & 2" cable car to the top, where we are greeted by the refreshing white panorama of the Wilder Kaiser. We leave the numerous wooden benches and loungers along the trail to the left, as we only have one goal: the summit of the Hohe Salve (1,828 m). On this trail, you will always find opportunities to refresh yourself with ice-cold, clear mountain water. So we can fill up our water bottle again and again. The tour winds up and down along forest roads and gravel paths. Once we reach the Hohe Salve, we have well and truly earned a stop at the Gipfelalm panorama restaurant. Afterwards, we take the Hohe Salve/ Hexenwasser gondola lift or the Salvenbahnen cable cars back down into the valley to Söll or Hopfgarten. From Söll, we can take the Kaiserjet directly back to Scheffau .
