New Year's Eve Fireworks with Torch Run of the Ski Schools in Westendorf - Program for December 31, 2025 - Location: Base station of the Alpenrosenbahn in Westendorf - 5:00 PM: Torch Run of the Ski Schools Experience an unforgettable year-end on Wednesday, December 31, 2025, at the base station of the Alpenrosenbahn in Westendorf (Bergliftstraße 18). Starting at 5:00 PM, you can look forward to an atmospheric torch run by the Westendorf ski schools. The highlight will be a spectacular fireworks display afterward. Food and drinks will be provided by the Sunset Schirmbar and the Ski Club Westendorf. We look forward to your visit!

* NO NIGHT SKIING | sledgers and pedestrians only * On New Year's Eve, various huts on Hochsöll offer a turn of the year on the mountain. The Hexenwasser gondola is also open at night for pedestrians and tobogganers on New Year's Eve. Please note the opening and closing times: Operating hours of the Hexenwasser gondola 6:30 - 8:00 pm 00:30 - 01:30 am Prices (1x ascent and descent) - Prices follow - Adults: Youths: Children: Prices (multiple ascents between 6:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. possible) - Prices follow - Adults: Youths: Children: Please note: the last descent is at 1:30 am. Night rides are only possible for pedestrians and tobogganers. The toboggan runs are also open. No access for skiers – the slopes are not open! Toboggan rental Sporthaus Edinger: until 6:00 p.m. Hohe Salve toboggan rental: 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. (+ for returning from 11:30 p.m. - 1:30 a.m.)

Take the Salvenbahn I directly to the middle station and experience your New Year's Eve on the mountain. You can also eat in the heated party tent at the Salvenallm - no reservation is necessary here).
