The ski area

The slope to the Hartkaiser is open for ski tourers. The ascent of about 3.8 km and 700 meters in altitude takes place on groomed but unlit slopes. The slope is closed from 10:00 PM, and this time must be strictly observed! Ski tourers are responsible for their own safety!

A very special culinary experience awaits you high up on the summit of the Hohe Salve: an exclusive wine event at the Gipfelalm, which offers impressive views of the Kitzbühel Alps and the Wilder Kaiser. The Gipfelalm is easily accessible from Söll and Hopfgarten, even for pedestrians by gondola. Selected wines are presented by the winemaker himself, and you will gain exciting insights into their origin, philosophy and character. Small and larger delicacies are also served. Shred Kids - Family Weekend Westendorf Date:      14-15 March 2026 Location: Skiwelt Westendorf                 Mountain lift road 18                  6363 Westendorf From 14-15 March, the big Shred Kids Family Weekend will take place, where kids and parents can expect lots of fun together. On this weekend, SkiWelt Westendorf offers you a variety of pistes, perfectly shaped fun parks and touring options for parents. With the Shred Kids Coaches you will be out and about for 2 days, honing your skills and learning new tricks. Snowboard beginners are also very welcome and can look forward to beginner courses with our Shred Kids Coaches. The fun park awaits advanced riders for freestyle coaching. Parents can also choose between a guided splitboard tour with a mountain guide and freestyle coaching for adults. Participation is possible for snowboarders and skiers. Beginners and advanced. We divide groups according to age and level. For the little ones, we always prioritise fun and safety. We ensure this through playful learning, a positive atmosphere and a great park. Whether it's your first time on a snowboard or in the park or you want to develop your rail or kicker skills, you should be there!
