The Söll cable car in the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser- Brixental is one of the most successful cable car companies in Austria in winter. In summer, Bergbahn Söll has received numerous awards with the Hexenwasser, including the State Prize for Tourism 2013 and the Austrian Tourism Innovation Award 2016.
YOUR AREAS OF ACTIVITY
- You manage and instruct the operating staff in technical matters and are responsible for selecting employees and scheduling the lift staff (25-50 employees, depending on the season)
- They make arrangements in the event of system malfunctions and procure spare parts
- Control and implementation of operating regulations
- You are responsible for the safe operation of the cable car systems, as well as for maintenance and inspections
DEIN PROFIL
- Completed training as a technical ropeway operations manager or motivation to obtain this qualification
- Several years of professional experience an advantage
- High sense of responsibility and ability to react quickly
- Independent, goal- and result-oriented work
- Service-oriented work in the interests of employees and visitors
