Frequently asked questions
- Can I also buy the Snow Card Tirol online? No! Due to new regulations, purchases are only possible at the lift ticket offices until further notice.
- Can someone else buy the Snow Card Tirol for me? Does this also apply to advance sales? Yes! However, on your first day of skiing, you will need to take a quick photo at the lift ticket office to activate the card. If you have already purchased a Snow Card Tirol (i.e. you are an existing customer), give your friend your old Snow Card Tirol to top up!
- Can I buy a voucher during the pre-sale period and redeem it for a Snow Card Tirol at the pre-sale price after the end of the pre-sale period?: No! The pre-sale price is only valid for pick-up during the pre-sale period (28 September - 31 October 2024). If a voucher is purchased during the pre-sale period but not redeemed until after the pre-sale period (i.e. from 1 November 2024), the normal rate applies.
