Erber brandies

Erber has been distilling high-quality spirits in Tyrol's oldest copper distillery in Brixen im Thale since the 17th century. Only fully ripe fruit of the best quality and water from the distillery's own spring are used for Erber Edelbrände. The master distillers extract the full aroma from the fruit. Long-standing partnerships with regional fruit growers ensure the best quality. Double-distilled and stored in wooden barrels, the brandies and schnapps are part of the Tyrolean culture of enjoyment. Guided tours and tastings in the Erber Brennhäusl offer insights into the traditional distillery. All schnapps specialties can be purchased in the store.
