Check in: In order to make sure that you feel at ease at Kratalm right from the start and to give us enough time to welcome you properly we would appreciate you arriving either before 11 a.m. or after 2 p.m.. Your room will be ready by 2 p.m. And don't forget: your arrival is only possible during the operation hours of the Salvista gondola lift.
Check out: to check out, please come to the reception desk until 10 a.m.. Of course, you are welcome to enjoy our wellness area also on your day of departure or have fun on the slopes. We will take care of your luggage in the meantime.
