Start your morning consciously and lay the foundations for a wonderful day. In this special place, surrounded by our beautiful natural and mountain world, we will practise meditation techniques and breathing exercises together to integrate positive thoughts, a clear mind and a loving heart into our lives. Anyone aged 12 and over can take part, regardless of whether they have mediation experience or not. Vi fejrer ikke halloween på Hexenwasser, men vi fejrer vores foretrukne »frugtgrøntsag«, græskarret! I løbet af ugen har vi skiftende programmer baseret på den orange superfood. Den 31. oktober er heksene allerede gået i hi. I ugerne inden da, fra den 13. til den 31. oktober 2024, bliver det rigtig spændende igen i år i Hexenwasser og Hexenzentrale Hexerei. Heksene fejrer den farverige, sunde og elskede hekses yndlingsgrøntsag, græskarret, i løbet af de første store græskaruger. Høst, udskæring og madlavning. En græskarudstilling i den mystiske heksekælder er åben hver dag, græskarretter kan smages i heksenes køkken, og børn inviteres til at male deres egne græskar. Orange kunstværker vil blive skabt af græskarudskærere i de sidste uger af oktober. Du kan selvfølgelig også se udskærerne arbejde. Deceleration hike with Kaiserlift First, the shuttle takes you to Kufstein (25 min) to the Kaiserlift, where the hike in the Kaiser Mountains begins. The first destination is the Kaindlhütte (1,293 m) at the foot of the Scheffauer north face. You then climb the Hochegg (1,477 m) with spectacular views and a viewing platform with telescope, which offers a view from Bavaria across the Inntal valley to the Zillertal Alps. The hike then leads leisurely downhill to the Stöfflhütte and the summit cross of the Walleralm.
